Fit suggestion: For childrens size, select a ballet shoe size the same as street shoe. For Ladies size, select a ballet shoe that is 2 sizes smaller than your street shoe. Ex: for a Ladies street shoe size 7, select a size 5 ballet shoe. 

B width is a medium width fit. A width fits a narrower fit. Note that the 3L is a children's size 3 which is equal to a Ladies size 5.
